Job title: Commercial Regulatory Contracts Manager - Rail
Job location: Derby
Contract rate: £Negotiable

Job description
Candidate with strong knowledge of Network Rail contracts required to support rail client through a busy period of infrastructure and timetable changes.
Key Tasks include:
Maintenance of centralised database for Thameslink regulatory workstream
Compile Depot Change documentation associated with Thameslink depot modifications
Compile relevant alterations to regulated agreements for stations
Provide advice on regulatory considerations
Liaise with Network Rail, project managers and other stakeholders to establish final change plans
Regular KPI reporting and board updates on these workstreams
Person Specification
Must be competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Must be competent database manager
Essential that the person is familiar with Network Rail contracts landscape
Ideally has knowledge of Network Rail and Local Council/Heritage consents processes
