The Commercial and Bid Coordinator will support the Director of Business Development all in activities for Egis Rail UK and support other EGIS subsidiaries as directed.

Missions & Main activities
We are currently expanding in the UK and Ireland, growing our business and our team. This exciting role is for a Commercial and Bid Coordinator who is responsible for managing bids and tenders at all stages, from monitoring tender portals, collecting the relevant data and with great attention to detail support the tender or bid until its final application.
The Commercial and Bid Coordinator will work closely with Egis Rail UK and other Egis subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will have approximately 4-5 years experience in a similar. The Commercial and Bid Coordinator will support the preparation of bids and tender submission, draft and review bid submission content, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements. Networking with stakeholders and potential partners, to be the key point of contact internally and with external stakeholders.
You will have:
• Educated to Degree level in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management
• Fluent in French desirable
• General knowledge of Project Management
• Excellent Microsoft Office Professional skills including PowerPoint and Word
• Experience and background in the bid coordination and preparation
• The ability to produce high standard work which meets the client and business requirements.
• Ability to work on own initiative, meet tight deadlines and balance priorities to achieve results
• Effective time management skills as required to attain budget and timescale restraints set forward by the project requirements and the ability to perform successfully in a challenging works environment
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal
• Experience of supporting organisation to build and grow successfully
