Project Information;
Working to increase the customer experience within the company.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret large and varied data source. Be well versed in handling 'big data' and able to work to glean appropriate insights from across a range of data analysis tools. Experience in of understanding customer experience would be an advantage.
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you are;
Educated to Degree standard as a minimum, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Role Information;
The post holder will be responsible for developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting, whilst supporting business decision making utilising data and analytics. As such a key component of the role will be to select, configure and implement analytics solutions, whilst championing the use of evidence-based decision making for all aspects of customer services, marketing and revenue generation. The post holder will work closely with stakeholders in customer services, marketing, business development and retail systems to utilise data to improve the effectiveness of commercial activities.
