Are you a Lead Commercial Manager in construction or infrastructure, interested in taking the lead on a portfolio of highways improvement projects, each with a value of up to £450 million?
If so, our highways client is keen to bring to in a Lead Commercial Manager to help provide expertise and mentorship to develop their commercial management team in Guildford, with regular travel to the project office in London, near Moorgate station.
You will be knowledgeable of all aspects of commercial activities relating to NEC contracts, including tenders, procurement, forecasting, cost reporting, supply chain management etc. You will be detail focused, but also possess knowledge of commercial reporting, contact management with supplier performance improvements across our range of contracts. You will have some form of technical qualification or certification such as MRICS, MCIOB, MICE or similar.
Most of all, you will be excited for the opportunity to get on-board early on a huge investment period of highways improvements in the region, with funding secured for years to come, and help build a 'best in sector' commercial team for this organisation.
