A property manager is required to join a major rail infrastructure organisation with a huge and diverse commercial property portfolio located throughout London and beyond. This is a full-time contract role, initially running to early October,. based out of Southwark, Central London. This role has the possibility of progressing to a permanent role if suits all parties.
The role will include travel throughout London, working on a number of property related issues including service charge management, arrears management, lease management, health and safety, service charges on new estates plus other associated duties.
Successful candidate will have proven experience in a commercial property management role, ideally with a diverse portfolio. A flexible attitude to work is required as travel will be throughout London area. MRICS would be preferred or working towards MRICS status, and strong IT skills on MS Office and Qube or Horizon property management software.
This role is for a public sector organisation and has been determined inside IR35 for Limited Company contractors.
