Vital Human Resources are delighted to be working with a leading Multi-Discipline Engineering Company, who have just been awarded one of the most challenging Railway projects in the country.

As such, they are looking to take on an experienced Commercial Manager, to assist with the delivery of this project.

The role which will be based in the South West of the Country, and will utlise the latest technology in Engineering to help deliver this project.

As the Commercial Manager, you will have previous knowledge of the Railway industry and will have worked on large scale projects. The ideal candidate will also have Change and Cost Management experience.

The Commercial Manager, will have the following responsibilities:-

• Ability to provide expert contract advice teams
• Experience of Financial and Commercial control within a project environment
• You will have experience of leading large teams and developing people around you
• Lead a client focused approach to ensure potential conflicts are avoided
• The ideal candidate will have strong relationship development skills with both internally and externally.
