Construction P6 Planner in Kazakhstan
Construction P6 Planner, Our client, a major EPC are recruiting for a professional Construction P6 Planner to take the lead for planning on a MEGA project, based in Tengiz, Kazakhstan.
This is an excellent opportunity paying contract rates. Accomodation and Transport provided. 6 and 3 rotation.
As the Construction Planner, you will have knowledge and/or experience of the following:
Develop and maintain detailed construction master Level 3 schedules
Use the project approved Work Breakdown Structure, CWP and Schedule Hierarchy and approved Project Control Procedures together with the Primavera P6 software package
Maintain project control means in order to keep projects and compares their actual and planned data included into approved project baseline plans.
Compare and analyze actual data (manhours, % complete) with baseline data
Confirm that critical paths are realistic and highlight problem areas with recommended remedial actions.
Prepare plan/actual/ forecast progress curves, histograms, tabulations and other schedule graphics.
Assist construction team in developing alternative execution strategies for critical work areas
As the Construction Planner, you must have strong experience of:
Recognized higher engineering qualification.
Minimum 10 years Oil/Gas or Petrochemical capital projects experience, with at least 5 years onsite construction experience.
Hands-on user of Primavera P6 planning software for schedule development, resourcing and bespoke report/ graphics generation.
Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner, using appropriate language
Work well with all levels of contractor work force and integrated project management team
