Recruiting for four decades, we now help customers in Airports , Energy , Metro , Ports , Rail , Roads , Telecoms, Waste & Water and can supply staff, labour and support services to civil engineering contractors, subcontractors, utilities, infrastructure owners and operators nationally.
Due to our expansion McGinley is looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to act as the company's internal recruiter. You will be working on several roles at any one time across all facets of the business from sales to accounts to back office support and will be responsible for advertising vacancies to screening and interviewing suitable candidates. In this role you will play a key part in developing the recruitment strategy and ensure its success in attracting and retaining the best candidates for the company.
We would like you to have experience of working within a busy recruitment environment as a Consultant, Resourcer or Recruitment Administrator. You'll play an important part in our busy recruitment team, focusing on the recruitment for a variety of vacancies within our offices.
As an internal recruiter, you will be responsible for developing ongoing sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract and retain high calibre candidates into the business. You will also take ownership of networking through the social media to pipeline long-term talent for future hires.
Responsibilities will include:
*Provide the highest level of recruitment support for talent acquisition processes across the company
*Control all hiring cycles including building strong relationships with all internal stakeholders and line managers
*Resourcing and screening candidates (1st stage of hiring process)
*Working with external suppliers if necessary (within provided budgets from the HR Director)
*Composing adverts to recruit and managing social media campaigns.
*Creation of additional skill tests based on role requirements.
*Composing adverts to recruit and managing social media campaigns.
*Provide expert recruitment advice to all departments.
*Assessing applications.
What we're looking for in you
*Proven experience with high volume in-house recruitment
*Competent interviewer with excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to build positive relationships
*Resilient and the able to work in a fast paced environment
*Methodical, accurate and has excellent attention to detail
*Ideally would have experience recruiting target driven sales recruitment people
*Recruitment experience from either an in house or agency background
*Experience within the construction sector is desired but not essential

*Target driven.
*Able to work under pressure.
*Flexible working hours and ability to travel when required.
