Contract
An occupational health specialist is required for a landmark, prestigious civil engineering project, based in Central London. Working for 2 days a week. this is a contract role initially running to end May 2018.
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, this role will require you to take a lead on Occupational Health issues relating to the project. This can be involve developing OH strategy and processes, embedding OH questioning in supplier tender questionnaires, developing a health risk matrix, raising awareness of OH throughout the project, assessments and audits, monthly reporting and general expertise on OH matters to stakeholders across the project.
Successful candidate will have RGN or Occupational Hygienist background, with experience of occupational health matters in a construction environment. Auditor qualifications will also be required for this position. Good MS Office skills, excellent communication skills and ability liaise sensitively with key stakeholders will also be required.
