Ganymede Solutions are looking to add to their experienced team and subsequently we are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator based in our Derby Offices.
As the Fleet Administrator you will provide administrative support for a fleet of upto 180 vehicles and being responsible for the day to day activities of keeping the fleet moving. Key duties such as hiring and de-hiring of contract vehicles, undertaking licence checks, arranging for repairs and scheduling routine maintenance to be undertaken across the UK. You will be involved in the approved driver process and will ensure that our fleet policies are adhered and escalate when necessary. You will be routinely updating our fleet spreadsheets and recording systems so it is essential that you have a good background in excel and office. To undertake this role, fleet administration would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for a strong administration background as using excel spreadsheets is key to this role and the right candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced team.
