Administrator, Central London, PART TIME, 3 DAYS A WEEK
Administrator required to join a growing fit out contractor in Central London on a part time basis.
You will be based on site working for a large projects assistign with all administrator as well as supporting with his busy diary.

Daily duties that you will be doing are;
- Showing in visitors daily
- Filing/Scanning
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets on a day to day basis
- Answering phones
- Manging the site diary and booking in meetings when required
- Keeping office tidy
- Dealing with day to day deliveries
- Sit on reception being point of contact for everyone on site and off
- Opening and distributing the post, franking the post
- Updating project tracker on Excel on a daily basis
- Formatting documents for staff, both in the office and on sites
- Updating project and telephone lists when requireD
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working within construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Ability to work within a team and independtly
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
