We are currently looking for a Site Administrative Assistant who will be expected to work as part of an administrative team to provide support. Our client is looking for someone with
Good written and verbal communication skills. who possess the ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines. This is a full time position. 8.30 AM- 5PM. However if the successful applicant is only looking for part time the hours can be adjusted to suit the successful applicant.

Responsibilities

Completing site deliverables and upload on SOS
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Word processing documents, such as letters, presentations and reports.
Processing and checking invoices.
Create and maintain filing systems and databases.
Upload all site documentation to an online system.
Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues in all aspects of administration.
Ad hoc duties as required


It is envisage that the successful applicant will possess the following

Good organisational skills
Ability to be courteous but firm when dealing with difficult customers
Ability to prioritise your work load.
Strong numeracy and IT Skills.
You must be a team player and have a flexible attitude.
Self-motivated and able to use initiative
Confident when using a computer and office equipment
Flexible approach
Willingness to travel as required throughout UK

Qualifications & Experience

The candidate must have 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
