Administrator, Tonbridge, Long term temp!

Administrator required to join a large main contractor based in an office in Tonbridge. This will be an on going contract that are looking for someone enthusiastic and driven!

Hours will be 8:00am-5:30pm

This sub-contractor is looking to pay between £9-11ph PAYE depending on experience

Daily duties that you will be doing are;

• Providing general office support to site team
• Showing in visitors daily
• Updating and maintaining spreadsheets on a day to day basis
• Order office supplies and PPE on site
• Locate and tracking documents as well as keeping registers up to date
• Processing expenses and over seeing invoices/timesheets
• Answering phones
• Manging the site diary and booking in meetings when required
• Keeping office tidy
• Dealing with day to day deliveries
• Sit on reception being point of contact for everyone on site and off

Successful candidates must have:

• Previous experience working within construction
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
• The ability to multitask
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
• Ability to work within a team and independtly

It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
