General admin day to day duties including items listed below
- Policing Change Control
- Ensuring daily diaries are completed by the Supervisors and added to the project filing system
- Ensure IDTS sheets are completed fully and uploaded onto the system
- Vehicle Log books and check sheets are completed and logged
- Site Safety Tour paperwork is completed and uploaded
- Assist with scanning in of information for safe work packs
- Briefing sheets are completed and uploaded
- Racecard submissions are received correct and inputted
- Courses are applied for and staff recerts attended and information given to staff
- Staff certs are up to date and on system
- TBS sheets are uploaded to the correct file once completed.
- Permit to digs and hot works permits are completed and filed correctly
- Room bookings/meeting invites
- Design and document transmittals are completed and filed correctly
- Inductions organised
