We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Administrator to join the team in Stratford in London on a permanent basis to provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination to Field Operations management and the wider Field Services team. This is an integral role within the team which enables you to pull on a wide range of your pratical Admin experience within a collborative yet chanllenging fast paced environment.
Duties and accountabilities:
- Maintain and review the roster ensuring staff comply with Working Time Directive, annual leave requests, sick leave, and special leave policies.
- Support the daily manual review, input and process timesheets for permanent staff and contracting staff to deadline, ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained.
- Assist in collating, reviewing and processing daily commercial reports.
- Collate and issue the Daily Track Record (DTR) for each shift.
- Assist with staff payment claims in the HR databases and roster
- Assist with T&C contractor pay queries and SAP queries and escalate to agency or T&C operations delivery support as required.
- Work in line with T&C Admin processes, following procedure and guidelines and highlighting any issues to operations delivery support.
- Maintain the staff competency Training matrix.
- Keep on top of staff end dates, raising and extending contracts to HRSS.
- Fleet Management of pool vehicles.
- Distribute and audit internal communications and Health and safety updates.
- Induction of new starters.
- Collate and distribute weekly metrics reports.
- Previous administrative experience within an administrative position
- Able to work independently and efficiently in order to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally at all levels, from Senior Management to site level
- Strong organisational, procedural and reporting skills
- Computer literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Visio and Excel Formulas
