Administrator required to join a small civil engineering sub- contractor to be based in a main office working oacross a number of different projects.
Salary varies between £20k-£27k depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Updating notice boards daily on site
- Apply for permits and licences where applicable
- Managing and administrating the document collaboration system
- Creating, formatting and updating documents using Microsoft packages
- Ordering stationary for the site offices when required
- Booking in deliveries and order via system
- Manage and maintain the site induction register
- Organising timesheets and ensuring they are signed
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working on site or in a project office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
