Administrator in Warrington, Warrington, United Kingdom
Our client, a major provider of civil engineering services, is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator in the North West to provide support to various teams across their business.
Duties will include:
• Preparation of Site Files / Job Packs
• Process, track and report on completed / finalised jobs and ensure all documentation is uploaded to Monitor
• Process and submit daily / weekly working advices.
• Assist Managers to track the works programme and communicate any issues
• Assist in the communication of Daily / Weekly works planning and locations
• Communicate / track plant requests where directed
• Process buried services requests / F10 Notifications / Traffic Management requests as required
• Meeting and diary management to include taking minutes of meetings and distributing papers
• General clerical support to include word processing, filing, scanning and archiving
• Use of internal/external bespoke software – including Insight/Monitor
• Adhere to all company policies & processes and attend any mandated training as required
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required
Candidate Skills must include:
• Rail Industry experience – desirable but not essential
• Proven administration experience, preferably gained within either the construction or rail industries
• Excellent PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks when required
• Confident, self-motivated and proactive
• Customer focused with professional phone manner and ability to communicate with clarity
• The ability to work well in a team responding quickly to support colleagues
Preferred qualifications:
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent advantageous
• Good level of education – GCSE English & Maths or Higher Education qualification
