We are currently working with a well-established Nationwide Rail company in Leeds who are looking for an experienced administrator that can hit the ground running in a busy and fast paced environment.
You will ideally have experience in a Rail, Engineering or Construction environment and have worked across a variety of systems including MS Packages.
The Role
- Logging weekly timesheets for the site contractors
- Processing requests for internal PO’s
- Managing the team email inbox
- Adhoc administration duties
- Posting PPE to contractors
- Loading data onto excel spreadsheets
