A 6 month contract role has arisen for a Business Administrator with a rail organisation based in Central London.
The role is varied, with inbox management, compiling reports, maintaining databases, arranging and minuting meetings and workshops, drafting invoices, organising travel & accommodation and other associated business support tasks.
The successful candidate will have a good administration background, ideally with some rail sector experience. Excellent organisation, communication and self motivation skills are a must for the position. Finally, you need to be a dab hand with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
