Contract
Mane are recruiting for a Business Support officer to work on a 12 month contract based in Southampton or Northampton.
Requirements -
*Participates as primary support liaison between the Business Systems Team and their internal / external customers.
*Participates in providing support to customers by resolving semi-complex technical application problems.
*Participates in maintaining Service Desk Tickets so that recurring issues can be reported to product development.
*Handles requests and provides customer service, guidance and support for Rail Systems Bespoke applications.
*Responsible for correspondence, data management, analysis, reporting and answering requests.
Essential:
*Experience in Customer Service and Service Desks
*Good organisational skills
*Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint Document Library
*Good knowledge of Maintenance Management / Asset Management systems
Preferred:
*Good knowledge of Equinox / Maximo Maintenance Management Systems and supporting tools.
*Proven experience of Rolling Stock maintenance IT & planning systems within railways or other Safety related industry
We are looking for someone with good Microsoft office experience, someone who has knowledge of SAP and someone who has worked as a support officer before.
