Contract / Project Administrator, 6 months plus contract £circa £25,000 equiv, to start asap based in Derby

Working with one of the region's largest employers who are now embarking on the busiest and most successful periods in their long history. You will help deliver some of the most technically advanced vehicles of their type, all designed developed and manufactured in Derby.

Primary responsibility is to support resource management process, tracking ATRs, Work Packages etc Raise Purchase Orders for delivery of work packages, DAWESS and others as required and issue to suppliers.
Support delivery of information for bids eg workload forecast, headcount and resourcing plans Deliver the monthly headcount actuals and forecast for UK Engineering Support cost control to ensure timesheets are created and approved Support GMO with action plan for Employee Engagement Survey Admin support for onboarding process for UK Engineering Induction process. Provide reports as required on resource management and headcount Support GMO with general admin tasks eg room booking, meetings etc

Good comminication skills needed, WORD and EXCEL, Powerpoint.
