Contracts Administrator / Sentinel Co-ordinator

Based out of Doncaster we have an opening for an experienced Customer Services / Contracts Administrator to join our business. Along with a starting base salary of up to 20k (dependent upon experience) and a 10% performance related bonus we also offer a clear path for career advancement as we operate on a meritocratic basis with over 90% of our Management having been promoted internally.

About the Role

Working in a busy business support function, your responsibilities with the company will be to organise and effectively communicate with our rail contractor workforce, managing the administration book out process for the final stages of contractors being placed onto assignments. This will include the issue of registration forms and contracts, dealing with suppliers, ordering workwear, medicals, D&A’s and PTS cards, collating and validating contractor documentation such as proof of ID, competencies and qualifications, amendments of existing contracts, along with liaising with contacting clients via the telephone to obtain additional information required in relation to administration of the contracts. Your role also be heavily centred around speaking to contractors to assist them in anyway necessary pre commencement of their assignments, you will also be responsible for conducting service calls post contract with an aim of identifying any potential issue that may arise with a single objective of offering an excellent service to the contractor. As an ISO and RISQs accredited company you will have the scope to be involved in audit preparation and supporting our company auditor.

The role is challenging, fast paced and requires somebody that is customer service oriented, motivated, organised and is a very confident communicator as up to 50% of the role is based on the telephone.

About You

• Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential, ideally gained within a similar role
• Previous experience in undertaking administrative work is also essential
• A competent Excel user
• A confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accountability
• Familiar with using different online portals and systems
• Experienced in audits or audit preparation
