Site activities can also be monitored in real time from any location around the world so our engineers can offer advice, plan & review quicker & more easily.
To be suitable for the position you must;
- Have previous contracts management experience
- Hold a professional qualification in Civil Engineering
- Have previous management experience within the piling industry
- Be IT literate & have good understanding of Microsoft Office & packages
- Be able to put together plans & estimates, including budgets & timescales
- Contribute to work planning, brief project teams, contractors & suppliers
- Hold a full clean UK Driving Licence
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;
- CSCS card, black
- SMSTS qualified
Role Information;
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts in a safe & efficient manner, ensuring completion on time and within budget, whilst organising piling rigs, plant, equipment & resource for every job. You will also be expected to attend pre contract & client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction, growth & retention. You may also have other responsibilities, for example overseeing Health & Safety. You would also work closely with other construction professionals, including Construction Managers, Quantity Surveyors (QS) & Planning Engineers.
