ABOUT THE JOB

As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the train operator complies with all of the contractual terms laid out in the agreement with regards to the cleanliness of these new high spec fleet, making sure they are squeaky clean both inside and out! If they’re not, you’ll be responsible for finding out why this is the case and rectifying the issues with the train operator so everything is up to the high standards demanded as part of the franchise agreement

THE IDEAL CANDIATE

You will be perfect for this position if you have experience working as a Contracts Manager in a soft facilities management or within a rolling stock or rail cleaning environment. You will need to have experience of making sure cleaning agreements are adhered to. The perfect Contracts Manager will be able to think of their feet and make decisions quickly and effectively and work well in high pressure environments. You must be confident at talking to both clients and customers and present well both on the phone and in person.

THE REQUIREMENTS

You’re the Contracts Manager I am looking for if you have experience working in a Rolling Stock, Rail or Facilities Management environment as a Contracts Manager. Experience working on franchise agreements would be preferred.

SALARY

• Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + Great Package
