My Client in London is looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator on a contract basis:

Responsible To
Administration Manager
1. Job Purpose
The primary function of the role is to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the onsite Help Desk.
The secondary function of the role is to provide administrative operational and commercial support as required.
2. Health, Safety & Environment
Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and of the other people who may be affected by your actions and omissions at work.
Be aware of and adhere to all the client Policy Statements.
3. Principal Duties & Accountabilities (8-12max)
To provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations.
To monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM
system is up to date at all times.
To proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate)
to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
To generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the our clients
Monthly report.
To assist in the collating of and production of the monthly reports as required by General Manager.
To provide administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract, including
but not limited to the following functions H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality and
Compliance.
To manage the parking log and communicate via security.
Issue, distribute and process PPMs on monthly basis.
Raise remedial jobs
Create folders and file them away
Run reports for outstanding PPM
Anything else deemed reasonably commensurate with grade, as expected by Site Management.
