Mane are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work in West Ferry, London on a 6 month contract. You would be joining a very busy team on the Crossrail project.
What will you do on a day to day basis?
* Provide general administrative support
* Be the first point of contact for HR related administration queries and escalating where necessary
* Produce regular status updates on key focus areas including absence, recruitment and retention
* Prepare and audit payroll amendments
* Recording, tracking and checking of absence levels
* Maintaining and updating employee personal records
* Liaising with key stakeholders within the business, colleagues and external third parties
-Liaison with IT
-Review desk space and seating plans
-Comprehensive list of organisational charts and project staff information
-New starters processes
-IT, kit and equipment ordered
-New to understand appropriate procedures for on-boarding
Required skill set and previous experience/background.
Essential vs Desirable
-Experience dealing with agencies
-Worked in a large team of people
-HR administration / recruitment administration background
-Self-starter
-Proactive approach to work
-Excellent organisational skills
