HSQE Administrator
Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for an HSQE Administrator to join the TRUe Alliance, reporting to the HSQE Lead for the Alliance and based in York.
The HSQE Administrator role and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the specific H&S requirements / data collection for TRUe Alliance KPI Reporting. Attend meetings with the project teams as required to validate data.
- Collate project specific information to assist in the delivery of safety engagement at designated stand down days and project briefings.
- Accompany the HSQE Lead and others on scheduled site inspections to increase awareness of site operations to enable better understanding and increased effectiveness of data validation.
- Management of audit, inspection, investigation reports in to the reporting system, including uploading of information, analysing data and tracking to closure.
- Providing general administrative support across the HSQE function.
Job Requirements
Previous and significant experience of working in a Health & Safety administrative role within the rail industry is essential for this role.
- The successful candidate will also have the following experience/skill set:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, literacy and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of producing work for a team of people juggling competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Flexible/proactive – can do attitude who shows initiative to support others.
