Permanent Opportunity - Office Administrator – Leeds
The ideal candidate will have worked within a rail, civil or construction environment previously with exceptional organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
Preparation of internal and external documents. Answer all general email and phone correspondence with both clients and suppliers.
Work closely with the Finance department, entering purchase orders and chasing confirmation of receipt, purchase invoices and chasing payments from clients.
