Redstone Projects is a RISQs accredited Railway Projects & Consultancy delivery company which offers flexible, multi-disciplinary solutions to meet the demands of our clients.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our growing team and be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Provide full day to day Administrative support to the team
2. Manage itineraries & bookings for Directors and colleagues' travel
3. Scheduling meetings, booking rooms and maintain the meeting diary
4. Draft, format, and distribute relevant documents, keeping an efficient document control register
5. Collate information and assist with tenders and pricing enquiries, monitoring clients for replies
6. Assist in compiling Quality & Environmental Management Plans and reporting on jobs in progress
7. Assist with purchase orders, ensuring correct delivery and manage off-hire dates
8. Manage Sage including PO’s, supplier invoices, client invoices, remittances and reports
9. Arrange vehicle hires
10. Update Social Media and monitor for effectiveness
11. Manage Projects RISQs audit in liaison with the Compliance Department
12. Collate Safety and Environmental KPI information for the Compliance Department

This is a fast moving environment with alot of interaction with candidates and clients, so as well as having experience in the above tasks you will also be:

• An excellent Administrator with extensive Word and Excel skills

• Extremely organised and able to work to tight deadlines

• Have the ability to manage several different projects at the same time

• An excellent communicator, both over the phone and face to face
