Receptionist /Site Administrator
Salary - dependant upon experience
To offer administration support within the business where necessary and as directed.
- Providing a positive first point of contact for visitors to the reception and on the switchboard. Greeting visitors and issuing visitor passes / badges
- Communicate in a professional manner with all levels of staff and visitors.
- Managing use of meeting rooms
- Provide an administrative support as and when required, word, excel and powerpoint, to office manager
- Arrange travel, hotel accommodation, conferences and working lunches
- Management of the allocated car parking spaces at the Borehamwood site.
Skills:
- Computer literacy including a detailed knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
- Ability to Work under pressure and to deadlines, on own initiative.
- Ability to provide information to a high degree of accuracy.
- Confident and courteous telephone manner.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
