Site Administrator, Central London, On going Contract
Administrator required to join a large, leading rail contractor to be based on site office to join the one of the largest station redevelopments in London!
Hours will be 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Rate varies between £10-£13ph PAYE or £13-15ph LTD depending on experience
Daily duties will include things such as;
- Attend the weekly team meetings
- Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field Engineers & site Supervisor
- Scanning, Bookmarking and issuing completed transmittals
- Process invoices for payment
- Action any queries from either external or internal customers
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations & resolve reconciling items
- Assist with any document control requirements on site
- Investigate & resolve any unpaid balances
- File, scan and print drawings on a day to day basis
- Review and set up new subcontractor orders
- Any other ad hoc duties as required to support departmental objectives
- Provide help or assistance when required by work colleagues.
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working on site or in a project office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
