Technical Administrator in Devon, Devon, England, United Kingdom
Our client in the Devon area is looking for a Technical Administrator on an expected long-term contract basis.
Reporting to the Area Manager your main responsibility will be to provide general office, finance and technical administrative support to our Depot Maintenance team.
Key Accountabilities
" General administration duties including:
o Daily online management of operatives/gang data in the finance system
o Daily reports - objective to minimise number of errors for Gang costing
a) Run daily standard job allocation - manually adjust any unallocated operatives
b) Run daily standard job allocation - manually adjust any unallocated plant
c) Check start of the day surveys, chase missing data with gang
d) Check end of the day surveys, chase missing data with gang
e) Check daily previous days' time cards, overview previous week is fully allocated on a Monday morning
f) Run Employee Daily Raw Booking Data each Thursday and notify Commercial team if unable to correct errors by the Friday
g) Run daily Gang Members on more than on standard job - correct any errors
h) Run Gang Costing 1 report weekly (Not all tech admin to create report) and share error report with other depots (copy in Finance)
o Other administrative tasks as required
