DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration, development and continual review of CAF Rail UK Competency Management System.
Maintaining all training records. Development of client Training Plans, assist with the delivery of client training courses, training materials, training aids (with support from key suppliers and CAF specialists).
- Support the co-ordination of the creation and delivery of technical and operational training to meet the business needs.
- Ensure that all training complies with legislation, standards and good practice.
- Carry out risk based training needs analyses.
- Assist in the development of training courses to meet identified specifications.
- Provide technical assistance for company selection and recruitment activities.
- Continuingly maintain and improve training documentation.
- Create and assist with formal assessments to determine the competence of safety critical staff.
- Carry out training and assessment validation, evaluation and standardization exercises as required.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities.
- Development of e-learning modules.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
·Significant working experience in a similar role in a modern manufacturing engineering - essential
·Comprehensive knowledge of rail industry standards - essential
·Experience developing and delivering training to all levels of staff - desireable
