Reporting into a very supportive and approachable Divisional Director, the Light Rail Rolling Stock Team Leader will lead a team of 10 experienced engineers who are experts in their chosen field. You will be the focal point for a light rail rolling stock enquires covering projects in the UK, Europe, Australasia and Middle East and will be required to travel when needed. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the department retaining work from established and future clients working closely alongside other teams. When needed you will support the development of junior staff as well as taking control of quality and technical output.

To be considered for the role of Light Rail Rolling Stock Team Leader, candidates must have a proven background in the rolling stock industry with an appreciation of light rail. You will have current or previous team leader experience (leading teams of 3 upwards) and will have worked for a consultancy, operator, client or manufacturer. You will be flexible in your approach to work and enjoy working as part of a strong team.

In return candidates will be offered a salary of between £65,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience accompanied with 25 days holiday (with the option of buying additional days), Pension and potential for an annual bonus.
