A highly experienced person with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of modern technical systems, and have strong organisation and leadership skills.
The Fleet Performance Team Leader has the responsibility to prioritise and assign the tasks to be carried out by the Technicians under their responsibility and to supervise the technician’s daily tasks, training them and monitoring the obtained results. The Fleet Performance Team Leader reports to the Fleet Performance Engineer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing Work Orders (WO) s and proposing the schedule for executing them based on the available resources and fleet availability.
- Reviewing the warranty claims handed by the operator/Maintainer prioritising the intervention based on the service impact (Availability, Safety, Comfort...)
- Incorporating WOs into the Maintenance Management System.
- Releasing the WOs necessary for the repair of spares in the workshop.
- Supervising the work carried out by the Technicians.
- Identification of endemic and/or systematic failures.
Role Requirements
- HNC or above in an Engineering related discipline
- Experience in a Systems Reliability and Performance role.
- Proven experience in planning and organising
- Experience writing technical reports
- Valid driver’s license
