Customer Service Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service team for a Customer Service Manager.
As part of a recently awarded long-term franchise, Greater Anglia is investing £1.4bn in new trains, staff facilities and colleague development and in the process transforming the customer journey experience for millions of our customers each day.
Main Duties:
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a busy and varied group of stations and ticket offices, you will be a natural and energetic leader of people, who can lead, engage, and coach your teams to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and changing business.
This key front-line managerial role supports the Area Customer Service Manager in developing and delivering the business plan within your area.
What we are looking for:
Your excellent interpersonal skills and dynamic personality will enable you to quickly build constructive relationships with key external stakeholders, Trade Unions and cross functional groups across the Greater Anglia business.
Experience in change management and an eye for continuous improvement in a technical environment is an advantage.
This is a safety critical role and with a responsibility for thousands of passenger journeys per day, you will be ready to deliver all statutory and regulatory obligations required.
