After Sales Coordinator

Duties:
- Manage daily diary and job schedule for GMD Handyman.
- Manage and maintain reports from GMD Handyman & Sub-Contractors.
- Review with After Sales Contracts Manager if needed and send to clients for review.
- Send out estimates to clients, following up and booking works.
- Send out Maintenance checklists to Contracts Manager 8 weeks prior to project completion.
- Communicate and liaise maintenance information with Sub-Contractors, gathering fees and negotiating if needed.
- Produce tailored maintenance packs for client's properties.
- Schedule annual maintenance, arranging visits and corresponding between client and Sub-Contractor.
- Send out orders, for all works and maintenance.
- Manage and respond effectively to all emails queries in the After Sales Inbox.
- Track annual maintenance contracts, producing renewal letters and renewal packs.
- Property management for client's rental properties, ensuring all LGC EIC and PAT tests are kept up to date.
- Ordering small materials and plant, recording on an Excel spread sheet for accounting purposes.
- Updating live report and programme with current work load.
- Checking retention schedule, updating on completion of projects.
Skills and Experience
- Similar experience within the Construction industry is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage others
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to engage with people and drive a "can do" culture across team and business unit
