Rates - £233.40 (PAYE) / £263.62 (LTD) per day

About the role / project:
With the retender of Network Rail's Trackside Functional Module (TFM) nearing (March 2019), Network Rail are looking for an experienced individual who can review the scope of their current hard services. The current contract states maintenance to SFG20 (Service and Facilities Group - building standard) along with statutory compliance and the possibility of moving to 'risk based' maintenance to reduce Public Performance Measure costs needs to be reviewed.
The role is a full time contract position, however, there can be a certain amount of flexibility with regards to working pattern to suit your needs.
What you will do:
Network Rail is looking for someone with experience of writing hard services tenders and preferably someone who has worked on risk based maintenance. As such, you will:
- Assist with reviewing the overall tender scopes including the soft services would also be desirable.
- Review and make recommendations on current hard & soft services scope
- Recommend changes to incorporate risk based maintenance
- Review current service level and staff competence and propose any changes required going forward
- Oversee the scope production
Your experience will include:
Essential
- Hard services background
- Soft services knowledge
- Experience with a multi-site mixed use building portfolio
- M&E, Plumbing and Drainage management
- Health and Safety Qualified (NEBOSH or IOSH)
- Experience with contracting tenders with a large spend
- Experience of implementing or good understanding of risk based maintenance
