Service Delivery Manager (Rolling Stock)

Up to £70,000 per annum

This role is with one of the Leading Rolling Stock OEM’s in the UK who are striving to provide cutting edge technology to the UK’s Rail network, while also transforming the future of Rolling Stock engineering. The Ideal Candidate

You will be a strategic thinker, with a dynamic and enthusiastic style of leading highly skilled rolling stock technicians. You’ll have strong negotiation skills with a fantastic understanding of Rolling Stock maintenance techniques and procedures. This coupled with your excellent customer focused service you will work closely senior stakeholders to grow an effective and strong relationship to deliver this prestigious contract. You will have experience of managing multi-functional teams whilst having exposure to budgeting and contract negotiations.

About the role

Your role as the Service Manager will see you lead the Performance and Technical Support teams to deliver the contract outlined within the Train Service Spares Support Agreements (TSSSA). You will be expected to participate in the development of strategic short, medium and long-term goals for the contract and follow them up with monitoring the KPI’s set out by yourself. This role requires you to build upon existing relationships to enable both supplier and customer demands are met within time and budget constraints.

The Requirements

Our client requires an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience alongside the experience of managing P&L. Substantial Rolling Stock Management experience

Package

• £65,000 - £70,000

• Bonus up to 25% per annum
