An urgent and immediate need for an Administrator / Document Controller to join a key client of ours based closed to Moorfields train station in Liverpool on a contract basis. We are looking for candidates who are expert users of MS Office packages including Word and Excel but who also have experience of using electronic filing systems (such as eB, Aconis, Asite, SharePoint etc).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the control and issuing of project documents, ensuring compliance with company procedures throughout.
- Ensure design information is effectively controlled and distributed among the necessary parties, maintaining document integrity and trail data. Uploading and logging documents on the Document Control System Issuing documents and information as directed
- Keeping records of design information at key stages
- Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring they are implemented at every level of works
To be considered for the role of Administrator / Document Controller candidates must be MS Office packages including Word and Excel but who also have experience of using electronic filing systems (such as eB, Aconis, Asite, SharePoint etc).
