Mane are recruiting for a Document Controller/Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract in Rochester to work for one of the largest industrial manufacturing companies in Europe. You will be assisting the Project Manager(s) in the delivery of successful fully compliant projects. Control of Documentation and assistance in Team Coordination. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and someone who has document controlling/project experience. This is a great opportunity to join a very successful company with the potential for the contract to be extended.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS
*Support to project manager and project engineers
*Administration of project documentation, including RAMS, FAT / SAT, commissioning & Project Documentation.
*Control and organisation of project documentation within relevant folders.
*Scheduling and coordination of on-site installation and commissioning works.
*Monitoring and reporting of project progress.
*Update KPI reports
COMPETENCIES
Knowledge & Skills:
*Understanding of Project / document control
*IT Literate - Office applications, Word, Excel, Outlook
*Effective communication skills written & oral
*Good personal organisation & planning
*Proactive Team Player
*MS Project desirable.
Experience:
Project support or related business administration role
Previous experience of document control on technical / engineering projects is highly desirable.
