Construction Manager (LU Comms/Electrical)

A Railway Telecoms & Electronics Contractor is seeking a London Underground experienced Comms/Electrical Construction Manager to join a busy project team in Central London on a long term contract.

As a Comms / Electrical Construction Manager you will be responsible for acting as the interface between design and delivery teams.
You will check designs for build-ability, work closely with subcontractors to ensure that look-a-heads are in place and ensuring that all as-built and ECR documentation is in place.
Report any issues and delays to the Project Manager
Attend Design reviews with Client and contractors
Review and manage installation works, together with snag lists and liaise with the client for inspections of work on site.

To be considered for this role demonstrable experience of working in a construction management role on London Underground Comms or Electrical projects. A working knowledge of LU processes and procedures is essential for this role. It would be beneficial to have experience on Crossrail interface projects also.
