we are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Manager for one off our key clients in the rail sector. The main part of the role will be the Safe management and co-ordination of all site operations.

As the successful applicant your main Responsibilities will be as follows

Ensuring safe working practices are employed by all site personnel.
Reviewing Work Package Plans, Risk Assessments and Task Briefings prior to review by TW Sections Managers and CRE.
Assisting in the development and implementation of project-specific H, S and Environmental procedures.
Ensuring permits are in place for all relevant activities
Attendance at Safety Meetings and at forums with subcontractors and the workforce.
Coordination of trades to ensure interfaces are managed and exclusions zones are in place
Co-ordination of subcontractors, managing resources, logistics and driving production in line with the Construction Programme.
Close liaison with Site Managers to ensure good co-ordination of site activities.
Providing support to the production team to enable them to perform their duties.
Ensuring that each night the supply chain electrical supervisors perform a comprehensive safety, quality and production brief. Supervisor co-ordination meetings and ensuring that all site
workers have a daily Supervisor briefing.
Providing instruction to subcontractors to progress their works (including formal instructions).
Short-term planning and progress monitoring.
