Morson International are currently recruiting for electricians on an immediate basis for opportunities working on the Manchester Metrolink network.

Our client is offering ongoing work with the possibility of permanent positions, specifically working on lighting maintenance/repair on platforms and station car parks. This will cover multiple location across the Manchester network but initially reporting to the Trafford Depot on a daily basis.

PTS (Personal Track Safety) competencies are essential. Due to the nature of the work being undertaken an appreciation of the rail environment would be needed. Applicants must be apprentice trained with current and valid electrical accreditations, 17th Edition, JIB/ECS etc. Additional tickets such IPAF, PASMA are also advantageous but not essential for these requirements.

We offering day time work where transport will be provided by the client, operatives are required to be equipped with their own basic PPE and hand tools as a minimum. Our client seek reliable individuals to commit to the duration of the works, they will also consider transitioning operatives from a temporary to permanent position should they be interested.
