Engineering Integration Co-Ordinator
We are currently working with a client organisation who are looking to recruit an Engineering Integration Co-ordinator join the team in London, London Euston, working on new high-speed rail projects. As Engineering Integration co-ordinator, you will be working under the direction of the Senior Engineering Integration Manager within the Engineering Integration Leads team. You will be accountable for supporting the sequencing and engineering integration activities coordination across the Euston Partnership (TEP) and the developments by the organisation, Network Rail (NWR), and Oversite Development (OSD). There will be a dotted reporting line into the TEP Senior Safety and Environment Integration Manager to aid when required with integrating safety, assurance, and environmental matters across the Euston Campus.

As Engineering Integration Co-Ordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support on sequencing and engineering integration activities.
- Deliver and review engineering integration outputs to support the programme schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Support the Engineering Integration team with management of the programme engineering budget.
- Undertake initial investigation and analysis of integration information received by the Team.
- Responsible for maintaining documents and providing support with stakeholder engagement.
- Provide support with the running of any stakeholder engagement meetings.
- Provide support to team members in the delivery and preparation of reports on progress of safety and assurance integration for the Euston Campus.
- Responsible for providing support in environmental design integration solution activities, to ensure that environmental issues, constraints, and key considerations in project design are implemented effectively.
- Undertake specific tasks relating to supporting and promoting integration of safety and assurance across TEP directorates.
- Monitor integration assurance to ensure that deliverables comply with integrated sponsors requirements, environmental commitments, environment law, and regulations.
- Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work, and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies, and procedures on EDI.
Job requirements:
- Experience of operating within a project/programme environment.
- Experience of compiling and analysing data using Excel (or equivalent).
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of prioritising issues to be escalated
- Knowledge of project and programme management best practice in large projects/programmes.
- Awareness of managing and delivering within the constraints under which public sector arms length bodies, such as HS2 or Network Rail, operate and a good understanding of the nature of central government relationships with TEP.
- Foundation degree or higher apprenticeship
- Project management the ability to plan and integrate programmes of work and effectively manage those projects.
- Collaboration Skills ability to interact with Programme/Project Managers and colleagues in many different disciplines across HS2, Network Rail and other required organisations to achieve successful outcomes.
- Communication and Influencing Skills ability to produce clear communications which engage and influence colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Reporting ability to coordinate reports for internal and external governance forums.
- Prioritisation skills ability to organise workload and meet agreed deadlines to deliver work / activities and projects in a timely manner and ensure quality.
- Analytical skills ability to analyse complex information and identify anomalies, patterns, and trends.
