Head of Engineering in Scotland, United Kingdom
Head of Engineering – Scotland – Circa £80,000 per annum + benefits DOE
My client is a key rail operator and is looking to acquire a new Head of Engineering who will provide management and guidance on the technical, functional and safety specifications of all activity in order to deliver plans for their continual development and growth.
They are currently involved in a large transformation project that is pioneering within the Rail industry, and so you will have the responsibility of the management of current assets as well as lead changes necessary that will enable the future operation of their new rolling stock and control systems.
The main departments you will oversee include;
- Engineering Dept.
- Information Management
- Asset Management
- Engineering Safety & Quality Assurance
Educational Attainment:
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Possess a management qualification, or relevant experience of working in a senior engineering role
- Chartered Engineer
- Fellow of relevant Institution (Desired)
- NEBOSH certified (Desired)
