The Company

This OEM World Leader designs and manufactures Rail and Commercial Vehicle Systems, and their customers are house hold names! Currently working on the UK’s Largest Rolling Stock projects!

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an excellent communicator, with a helpful and understanding attitude, You will be approachable coupled with great investigative skills, with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.

About the Position

Supporting over 1000 PCs, printers, networks, telephones and other IT assets across multiple sites in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for all IT consumers and manage problem resolution through to completion. Where required, will take part in roll-outs, upgrades and other planned IT projects across the UK.

The Requirements

• Proven experience working in a support environment or helpdesk
• Degree level or equivalent
• Certifications in industry standard qualifications (CCNA, MCSA etc)
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10, Server 2008 R2/2012 R2, office 2010/13/16/365
• Experience in supporting Lenovo client devices, Kyocera printers etc
