As part of the Rolling Stock team, you’ll be reviewing technical designs and manage the integration of new systems onto rolling stock. You’ll have the opportunity to work with customers, from the bid and concept stage through to delivery, understanding your customers needs, and providing guidance where needed. You will also assist in the writing of commissioning documentation and oversee the testing as you’ll know how the system works better than anyone else! Although you’ll be based at the office most of the time, there will be some travel involved when meeting customers and visiting other sites.

The candidate will be working on the design of circuits for the fleets of trains. Someone with the ability to mentor and help develop some of the other engineers in electrical elements.
