Accounts & Contracts Coordinator is required to ultimately take responsibility for two business functions - finance administration and overseeing the contractor recruitment administration process

Recruitment
- Overseeing compliance of all contractors
- Contract generation for new contractors
- Liaising with suppliers such as umbrella companies and 3rd party medical practices
- Arranging contractor medicals and drugs and alcohol testing
- Dealing incoming queries with contractors and all new starters
- Management of contractor compliance
Finance elements
- Weekly productivity reporting
- Consultant expense processing
- Management of a small purchase ledger
- Processing of contractor timesheets
- Raising customer invoices
- Credit checking new customers
- Internal management of purchase orders
- Processing of petty cash
- Maintenance of filing system and customer records
Key skills and characteristics
- Minimum of 3+ years within a similar administration role - finance experience would be highly advantageous
- AAT qualification highly desirable
- Excellent IT literacy - previous experience of using SAGE would be useful
- Efficiency whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Process-driven individual
- Enjoys problem-solving and challenging situations
- Good teamwork skills
- Adaptability
