Administrator, Watford, Contract
Administrator required to join a large subcontractor based in an office in Watford. This will be an on going contract. You will be working within the HR department and working closely alongside HR Manager.
Hours will be 9:00am-5:30pm
This sub-contractor is looking to pay between £10ph-£12ph PAYE
Daily duties that you will be doing are;
- General Admin
- Update Main Spreadsheets
- Order office supplies
- Expenses
- Monitoring post
- Answering phones
- Diary management
- Time sheets
- Data entry
- Dealing with day to day deliveries
- Being point of contact for everyone on site and off
Succesful candidates must have:
- Previous experience working within construction
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
- The ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Ability to work within a team and independtly
It is essential that candidates have a strong site administration and construction background to be shortlisted for the role as limited training is provided and you will need to hit the ground running.
